Register for the 2025 Midwest Transmission Conference

Early Bird Registration fee $350.00

($400 after April 22, 2025)

All cancellations for Vendor Sponsorship Packages must be submitted to the 2025 Midwest Transmission Conference hosts in writing to mtc@northeast-power.coop. Cancellations received on or before August 22, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund. Hotel must be canceled separately. The hotel’s terms and conditions apply. 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 22, 2025. Vendors who fail to provide notice of cancellation by this date will forfeit all sponsorship fees. Additionally, no credits or substitutions will be offered for future events.

By purchasing a sponsorship package, Vendors agree to these terms and conditions.
