Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for Vendor Sponsorship Packages and Attendee Registration must be submitted to the 2025 Midwest Transmission Conference hosts in writing to mtc@northest-power.coop. Cancellations received on or before August 22, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund. Hotel must be canceled separately. The hotel’s terms and conditions apply. 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 22, 2025. Vendors and attendees who fail to provide notice of cancellation by this date will forfeit all sponsorship and attendance fees. Additionally, no credits or substitutions will be offered for future events.

By purchasing a sponsorship package or attendee registration package, Vendors and attendees agree to these terms.
