Overnight Hotel Parking Options:
Valet Parking (On-Site): Guests may drive up to the main entrance at 1 South Broadway to drop off their vehicle and obtain a valet ticket. When ready to pick up the vehicle, guests may proceed to the West Tower Lobby Valet Desk. They will provide their ticket and have the car brought down. If guests are parking overnight, they should notify the front desk staff that they valet parked a vehicle. This will ensure that the parking is posted on their room at the discounted group rate. Conference attendees and vendors will receive a $10 discount off the standard rates of valet parking. The 2024 standard parking rates are currently $50/day for valet parking.
Self-Parking (Stadium East Garage): Guests may proceed to the Stadium East Garage located at 200 South Broadway to park their vehicles. Upon check-in at the front desk, guests should notify the front desk that they had self-parked a vehicle. The front desk will send a validation QR code via text or email. That code will allow guests to enter and exit the garage without paying each time. The parking charges will instead be billed to the guest room at the discounted rate. Conference attendees and vendors will receive a $10 discount off the standard rates of self-parking. The 2024 standard parking rates are currently $40/day for self-parking.
Event-Only Attendance Parking Option:
Self-Parking: Conference attendees and vendors not staying overnight but attending daytime events may obtain a coupon good for self-parking from the MTC registration desk. This coupon can be used to purchase a discounted validation sticker at $20/day at the Valet Desk in the West Tower Lobby.
