It’s the dog days of summer, and your co-op is forced to shut off power to your members because electricity supply can’t keep up with demand.
This is an unfortunate reality many co-ops are facing as multiple factors threaten power reliability, increasing the likelihood of rolling outages. During this session, we’ll discuss current reliability challenges and ways to effectively communicate these with members––from energy 101 education to advocacy messaging to load shed communications. Two G&T communicators also will provide leading practices and strategic communications tips.
